I’m a Platinum-level Squarespace Expert and Certified Squarespace Trainer with 1000+ projects completed across the U.S. and worldwide. EngageTaste is my web design and branding studio, recognized among the leading Squarespace professionals in the industry.
I began my career in sustainable architecture, spending over a decade focused on passive energy, carbon tracking, and community education. I collaborated with incredibly large, multidisciplinary teams on complex, global projects. While the science was compelling, I found myself increasingly drawn to the people behind the projects. Messaging gained so much more traction when it wasn’t just about data but spoke through stories that others could relate to.
That shift led me to food writing, a space where story and craft met every day. I wrote for publications including Zagat, Sauce Magazine, and St. Louis Magazine, telling the stories behind a restaurant and creating a sense of place. Before long, the people I was writing about began inviting me to help shape their brands, redefine their messaging, and create spaces online that reflected who they were.
I founded EngageTaste in 2013 with the goal of helping people launch their careers. I didn’t expect how much it would change my own life. Witnessing my clients’ drive to go out into the world and take a risk to do what they love; it’s been incredibly inspiring, and I’m grateful to have been a part of the story!
